Options
Choose Tools > Options from the menu to see the options dialogue box. It is divided into two tabs, General and Analysis views.
The General tab
You can use the General tab to change general options for WinSplits Pro
- Language: selects the lnaguage for meus and text in WinSplits Pro. You need to restart WinSplits Pro for the language change to go into effect.
- Automatically check for new events: WinSplits Pro checks if there are new events in the database once a minute when this box is checked, and notifies you with a signal and an icon in the status strip when a new event has been added. The search conditions from the database tab are used for this.
The Analysis Views tab
You can use the Analysis Views tab to manage the modes that are used for showing results, tables, graphs, and replays. Select the type of modes you want to manage from the drop-down box Category. You can add, remove, and rearrange the modes in different folders. Additional modes can be downloaded from the WinSplits homepage. In order to move a mode from one folder to another, click on the mode and drag it to the desired folder. The text field Description at the bottom of the dialogue window provides information about the currently selected mode.
